Description
Sardinella is a genus of fish in the family of Cluepeidae. It is found abundant in warmer waters of tropical and subtropical oceans. It spans from south Java to the center of and to Sulawesi island.
Benefit
Saridinella contains omega-3 fatty acids help prevent heart disease due to their anti-inflammatory properties. Omega-3 fatty acids reduce the risk of blood clots and lower blood pressure. They also may help protect those who’ve had a heart attack in the past.
