Description
Loligo is a genus of squid and one of the most representative and widely distributed groups of myopsid squid.
Benefit
Loligo squid is rich in protein and antioxidant that increases the efficiency of cells which can prevent cancer. Antioxidants can also help to increase the number of white blood cells that are absent from the process of chemotherapy. It also contains copper that can prevent and fight anemia, a deadly disease that is caused by the lack of blood cells.
